Overview

Construction Intelligence Solutions, LLC (“CIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit constructionintelligence.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to the public website at constructionintelligence.com. It does not cover separate products such as the TeamWeave application or the Project Intelligence portal, which are governed by their own terms and privacy notices once you sign in.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, plus a limited amount of technical data needed to operate the site:

• Information you submit. When you fill out our contact form, we collect the fields you provide — your name, company, email address, optional role, and your message.
• Server logs. Our hosting and email vendors automatically record basic technical information about requests (IP address, timestamp, user agent, page requested). This is standard infrastructure logging used for performance and security.
• No analytics cookies, no advertising trackers. This site does not set marketing cookies and does not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking. We may add privacy-respecting analytics in the future and will update this policy if we do.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry or follow up on a request.
• To deliver services you engage us for and communicate about active work.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and protect against fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to operate the site. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their service:

• Netlify — website hosting and content delivery
• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact-form submissions
• Cloudflare — DNS resolution
• Microsoft 365 — internal email mailboxes
• Warmly — B2B visitor analytics. Warmly uses your IP address to identify the organization associated with a visit (e.g., the company you work for) to help us understand which businesses are interested in our services. It does not identify you personally as an individual unless you submit a form or otherwise provide your contact information.

Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions in our email systems for as long as is needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record. Server logs are retained for a short period by our infrastructure providers (typically 30 days) for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
• Delete personal information we hold about you
• Stop using your information for any specific purpose you identify

To exercise any of these rights, please use our data removal request process or email info@constructionintelligence.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to follow current best practices including TLS encryption in transit, least-privilege access for vendor accounts, and regular review of our security posture. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be signaled clearly on this page.
