CIS began five years ago as an internal project controls practice serving a single contractor, and grew into an independent consultancy as more of the industry asked for the same rigor. Today we serve general contractors, specialty contractors, and owner/developers across the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.
Along the way, we kept hitting the same wall: the data and tools our clients needed to make better decisions simply didn't exist in a form that fit construction. So we started building them. That's how TeamWeave was born — and it's why our AI & Data Solutions practice exists.
