Loading the next pageIf you'd like CIS to delete personal information we hold about you, here's how to make the request.
We aim to make this process simple. There's no special form to fill out — a short email is all we need. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Send a message to info@constructionintelligence.com with the subject line “Data removal request.”
Include the full name and email address you used when contacting us, and briefly describe what you'd like deleted (for example, “all contact-form submissions associated with this email address”).
We'll respond to confirm your request and, if needed, verify your identity before acting. This protects you from someone else submitting a request on your behalf.
We'll complete and confirm the deletion within 30 days. If we're unable to fulfill the request — for example, if we need to retain specific records for legal, accounting, or active contract reasons — we'll explain why.
For active client engagements, signed agreements, accounting records, or where we're required to keep information by law, we may need to retain certain records even after a deletion request. Where that's the case, we'll clearly identify what we're keeping and why, and we'll still remove anything not subject to those obligations.
